About Glenholme Healthcare

With over 30 years of experience, we are a dedicated social care group supporting older people and people with dementia as well as adults with learning disabilities, complex needs, mental health conditions, and addiction issues through our residential and supported living services.

Key Responsibilities

As a Marketing Assistant, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will:

  • Support lead generation and tracking, including handling emails and calls.
  • Assist in maintaining and improving active marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to innovative initiatives aimed at growing the company’s brand.
  • Manage audience engagement across social media platforms.
  • Produce and update content such as blog posts, press releases, website updates, and email campaigns.
  • Enhance SEO across the company’s digital assets.
  • Assist with event organisation, including virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Support the creation of marketing collateral such as posters, brochures, and videos.

Essential Skills

  • Previous digital marketing experience, including content production, either personally or professionally.
  • Experience in managing websites and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to plan, allocate, and evaluate your own work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of standard software packages such as Excel, WordPress, and editing software, with the ability to learn company-specific software as required.
  • Familiarity with SEO practices and basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance effective working relationships.

Desirable Skills

  • Qualification in a marketing-related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe applications, such as Photoshop and InDesign.
